IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PURCHASER

These plans are provided as conceptual construction documents intended for informational and preliminary construction purposes only. Purchaser acknowledges that construction shall not commence until all required reviews, modifications, approvals, permits, and professional certifications have been obtained.

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the use of these plans and for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and permitting requirements.

By purchasing, downloading, or using these plans, the purchaser agrees to release and hold harmless the seller, designer, and copyright holder from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the use of these plans.
